"My son and I were scheduled to stay in Tampa right after Hurricane Milton. The property was damaged so we had to make a quick change. This place was the perfect fit for what we needed! Host was very accommodating and easy to work with! Easy access to the property. Accommodations were great. Three nice size bedrooms. Property is right by the pool. It is a drive to restaurants and big box stores but we were there to fish and relax. Plenty of lakes near this property."

"Everything was as expected and worked perfectly for our need. We did have a couple issues which were easily mitigated by the owner. They were easy to reach and quick to respond. We elected to have the pool heated (in October) which was the only way I would get in the pool (I like a warm pool). The ambient temperature was unseasonably cool and the pool heat was just not enough for me to be willing to swim. The owner did make an adjust to the pool heat which improved the condition enough for me...
