"I booked this home to evacuate from Milton. The host, Edgar, was extremely responsive to my questions and his kindness during this very stressful situation was so appreciated. Beautiful classic Florida craftsmen well maintained and larger than I thought. Great location less than a mile from downtown. Highly recommend!"

"Our stay was great. The home was so beautiful, well maintained and very clean. I did not have access codes with me enroute, so I texted Luke. As always, he answered right away, and we were able to access the home with no issues. The backyard shed could use a coat of paint, but sitting outside with a cup of coffee in the morning was so refreshing it was something to ignore. Directions on how to use the tv systems would have been helpful but we made do doing our stay. The location was great and...

"11 minutes from Legoland! Super nice beautiful area. The beds were firm and hard I felt Like I was sleeping on the floor but I know every ones bed type is different I like softer bouncy like a cushion. But other than that everything was wonderful! "

Main house Located on quiet cul-de-sac at the Hamptons.

"Very expensive. Beds were not comfortable at all. Pool was not warm enough to really enjoy. It shut off early so using the pool was limited. Drain in tub was blocked but homeowner responded and sent a plumber to correct. Unfortunately with 5 of us in the home plumber came in the evening so waited all day. Lot of extra charges"

"So we evacuated from Clearwater beach because of Hurricane Milton. Eli was so communicative and helpful during the whole process. He even offered to let us invite others because of the storm. Great property and well appointed. "

"This was our annual men's trip. It was 12 of us and the house accommodated us well. The grill had propane and everyone had a place to sleep. The host/property manager communicated well. I highly recommend this house if you are in the Tampa, Winter haven area."
