"MY Place is located in a rather pedestrian neighborhood in Hamburg, but once one arrives at the hotel, the situation changes dramatically. The hotel, while quite small, is very handsomely appointed, esp. the room that I stayed in which had a lovely color combination for bed, curtains, etc. Yes, the lack of an elevator could be a problem. "We were so lucky to have met the most lovely concierge who made our check in process the best. He was so accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean and cute. Great location to walk to the train station so you can get anywhere. Also a cute downtown nearby with lots of great food options for a quick snack. Would stay here again, definitely recommend! "

"I was very disappointed that they had a room directly next to me being completely remodeled starting an 8:15 in the morning the next day, it was super loud. I understand that these hotels need to be worked on, but the front desk person should’ve let me know ahead of time or moved me to, a location where I’m not hearing a hammer at 8:15 in the morning. i expect more from a Best Western "
