"Beautiful hotel and nice staff. I do have one complain that I hope the hotel can improve on We came back late at night and tried to take a shower around 11 pm. There was no hot water and I spent a lot of time trying to figure it out. It turned out that the hotel turned the hot water off. I got very cold. It is not good at a city with 3700 meter elevation."

"Hotel gave me early check in when I arrived 7am. They made taxi reservation for my ealy flight. Hotel locates on safe area and close to San Francisco church. You can walk to museums or Mi Teleferico stations. The cafe is good for lunch. Chicken soup at the restaurant was very salty. "
