"Let me start out by saying getting to the Hotel is not the easiest. The hotel will send you a message telling you to call when you get to the area and they will guide you in a GPS will not navigate inside the city. What the message should include is "Via Vittorio Veneto, 44, 70022 Altamura BA, Italy" this is the entrance. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the staff is friendly and helpful. "The manager was extremely nice and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The security guard was very helpful as we arrived late without evening arrival arrangements. The staff were great in the midst of preparing for a wedding and ensured our personal attention! This was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy and is a hidden treasure!
