"A bit of maintenance should be done. The BBQ pit area is kinda run down, over grown, dim and terrifying to the ladies after dark. Shower heads in house are plugged, so very little excruciating hot water dribbles out. Hedges and flower beds need some love they are overgrown, outdoor shower doesn't work, kitchen utensils are tired, toaster only works 1/2, coffee pot takes an hr to make coffee, knives were so dull they wouldn't cut fruit, I bought a stone and sharpened them. "The Cooper house and the Casita Romantica is everything as edvertised. My wife and 8 year old son truly enjoyed the great views, local shopping and amazing food just 5 minutes away from the house. I like to give a special recognition to Gabriel Zamora, the property manager for being on top of things during our stay. He made sure our pool clean and the the house keepers did a great job daily of our rooms and living areas."

"House was beautiful and set up very nice. The property manager was very nice and accommodating. The house was comfortable and inviting. Collaboration between the owner and myself was pleasant. Would definitely stay there again if the occasion arises. Close to town but the noise is minimal. Beautiful grounds and pools. The panoramic view was amazing from all balconies. I messaged the host to advise him immediately that I missed my flight and had to cancel hoping to get a voucher or reschedule. I never heard anything. Then a day prior someone from the resort who represents him asked me how my stay was, at which time I reiterated that I was not even in the country, didn’t make it on my trip, and I advise that representative that had messaged the host. "The view is breathtaking, ac is cold, pool is refreshing and staff is fantastic. My whole family enjoyed this vacation. We had yoga instructors come from San Juan most mornings for family yoga in the private palapa as well as masseuses a couple times for sunset 10/10. The beach is really close, surfing is fun for all levels, restaurants are delicious. Town is about 30min out on a dirt road, and they are building a new road as I was there so may be closer soon - will be back!!"
