"Die Lage der Wohnung sowie die Raumaufteilung ist wirklich sehr gut. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Der Strand sowie der Haffplatz sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Aber: Es müssten einige Kleinigkeiten repariert bzw. ausgetauscht werden. Bevor die nächsten Gäste kommen, solltet die Wohnung gründlich gereinigt werden - besonders die zahlreichen Spinnweben müssten unbedingt entfernt werden."

"Die Lage der Wohnung ist im Winter auf jedenfalls gut, sehr zentral und direkt am Wasser. Die Wohnung an sich fanden wir tatsächlich nicht wirklich exklusiv. Als erstes ist die Garderobe direkt von der Wand gekommen, die Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen, die Bettdecken waren eher etwas für den Sommer, in der Sauna hing eine zersplitterte Sanduhr an der Wand mit offenen Scherben und die Lüftung im Bad ist wohl auch lange nicht gereinigt worden.
