"Super nette Vermieter, bei Problemen wird umgehend eine Lösung gefunden, man fühlt sich willkommen und wertgeschätzt. Das Ferienhaus ist absolut gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird. Das Gesamtpaket ist einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen, wir werden sicher wiederkommen und freuen uns schon sehr darauf. "

"Wir waren das erste Mal in Schweden und waren begeistert. Unser Aufenthalt war super schön. Das Haus gefiel uns sehr gut, Einkaufmöglichkeiten waren top, die Umgebung für Ausflüge super schön. Ich würde die Reinigung des Hauses nicht durch den Mieter erledigen lassen, weil es da bisschen an "Motivation" fehlt, es so sauber zu hinterlassen wie es eigentlich sein sollte. Wir persönlich wären auch bereit etwas mehr zu bezahlen, wenn das Haus vor Anreise der neuen Mieter von "Profis"gereinigt...

"Das Haus ist an Gemütlichkeit kaum zu übertreffen. Die angrenzende Bäckerei (Eigentümer ebenfalls Vermieter des Hauses) ist super praktisch. Die Lautstärke der angrenzende Straße ist ein Mankos, dessen man sich bewusst sein sollte."

"Für jeden der Ruhe nötig hat sehr schön gelegen Einzige Manko es laufen Bahngleise in unmittelbarer Nähe her die aber in Wohnbereich bei geschlossener Tür und Fenster noch störend sind. Ansonsten muss man schon etwas fahren in Kauf nehmen um zu anderen Höhlen zu kommen ! Sehr nette Leute die gerne weiter helfen ."

"Die Kommunikation zum Voraus hat bestens geklappt. Im Haus haben wir alles Notwendige vorgefunden. Die Ausstattung war praktisch, zweckmässig und gut. Was die Sauberkeit angeht, gibt es noch Luft nach oben - diese war ok, aber nicht mehr. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft gut weiterempfehlen."

"Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub in diesem gemütlichen Haus. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig und am Ende der Strasse liegt ein Wald, was praktisch für Hunde ist. Schade, dass die hintere Terrasse recht ungepflegt wirkte. Besser wäre es, wenn zwischen den Schlafräumen eine Tür statt einem Vorhang wäre. In der Umgebung gibt es einige tolle Strände und Ystad selbst ist ein sehr hübsches Städtchen. Man muss allerdings ein Stückchen fahren. Etwas nervig...

"Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war sehr erholsam und entspannend. Die Lage ist, für eine Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern wunderbar, beide haben den Garten und die Obstbäume ausgiebig genutzt. Der Mossbystrand ist etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, Einkaufen kann man nach 15 Minuten Fahrt in Ystad. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)"

"schönes Haus mit schönem, grünem Garten. gut eingezäunt und gesichert. die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war es bei unserer Ankunft im 1. OG nicht wirklich sauber. die Reinigungsfirma die das Objekt betreut war etwas nachlässig. dies gilt auch für das Gartenhaus. aber sonst wie gesagt Top."

"Hotel is good itself very quiet and calm downstairs lounge/bar. Rooms need to be soundproofed as at night you can hear all of your neighbours pillows should be changed from time to time because been just used and very basic toiletries it's nice to have shampoo conditioner or body lotion in the rooms"
