"Nous avons séjourné chez Jean début décembre, nous avons été très satisfaits de la maison et du traitement de Jean. La maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, la cuisine est entièrement équipée, c'est une maison chaleureuse et calme. Le traitement avec Jean a été très cordial et attentionné, il tenait à ce que nous allions bien. Le logement est fortement recommandé, vous êtes au cœur de la ville, l'enregistrement et le départ sont simples. Les photos sont représentatives du logement."

"At first the owner could not meet us the agreed at check-in time. We had to protest in order to check-in as planned. The we were criticised for the state of the property, by mail after we had left , - the owner were not present at check-out time. We had only slept, eaten breakfast and showered."

"First, as travelers from the US, we are used to having a lot of space. This house had plenty of it and it was perfect for our family of 6. It was very clean and Christian was super nice and responsive. We would return without question. We had a car rented which I highly recommend. Now…Keintzheim…what a gem. "We came for Pfifferdaj, wine festival and parade on 3 Sep 2023. Ten of us stayed at this place. It was awesome. Each of the six rooms has its own bathroom and AC. Modern appliances and large seating area. Only a ten minute walk to the city center. Claire is awesome too. She was in the parade, but took the time to greet us on Friday 1 Sep. On site parking spaces for 4 cars. We did not need our cars since everything was so close."

"This is a charming little house with old bones and modern comforts (plumbing, windows, cooktop). You can hear the village church bells and the swifts that nest in the eaves. The hosts are lovely people who gave good advice on the local area. Bear in mind that almost everything is closed on Sundays and business hours are more limited than you may be used to. "Ideal in Ribeauville gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Alles war wie beschrieben. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allen Küchenutensilien. Es sind aber so viele sehr gute Restaurants im Ort zu Fuß erreichbar, dass man eigentlich gar keine Küche benötigt. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!"

"Good value for money. For families, it’s nice to have a two BR apartment. With a car or a bike, it’s a great location for the Christmas markets and the vineyards. Warm pool and sauna are nice too."

A clean and comfortable hotel

"I had a good stay in this clean and comfortable hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfy and the finishes were new. There were a few minor items that could be improved though. The balcony door didn’t lock which wasn’t an issue for me but might be for others. The drapes only had black outs and not a set of sheers. Again - no problem for me but could impact someone else. As with most hotels I found a lack of hooks for hanging things up annoying, particularly in the bathroom. For example there was no place to hang a hand towel next to the sink. Other than those small issues the room and my stay were great. The staff is very friendly and helpful and there are a lot of amenities at the hotel. The breakfast was ok - nothing special but worth getting because there are no real options nearby. The hotel is 12 or 15 miles outside of Strasbourg but you can take a local train that will get you there in 20 minutes for 10 euros round trip. The train station is a ten minute walk from the hotel. All in all this hotel is good option if you need to stay in the Strasbourg area. "

"Myself and a friend made a last minute reservation at this hotel. For a budget hotel this place has everything you need and I must say the staff were exceptional and really helped with everything. I wish I knew their names but they honestly made our stay very enjoyable and we can’t thank them enough!"
