"Great location and great staff, clean , safe, room is nice size. My only complaint is our room was extremely outdated and dingy feel with carpet behind the door. Very dirty looking. Bathroom tile, needs to be replaced and rooms need fresh paint and carpet. Not a 4 star hotel, more like 2 1/2 stars because of old tired rooms."

"Near the Colmar train station and centre of bus network. Very clean, well-run and organized. Very good breakfast (extra). Front desk staff very helpful, fluent in English and German too. Indoor pool looked wonderful but I didn't use it. This property is most suited to families, and is self-catering with small stove, fridge, dishes, pots and dishwasher; there is no daily supply of towels or bedsheets. "Friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel is in a great location and rooms are clean and updated. We stayed here over the holiday and had a fabulous experience. The rooms have USB outlets so if you forgot your converters you are okay. Breakfast was also good. Hotel is connected to the mall for easy access to shopping and other amenities.
