"huge downside is that we were able to hear neighbors using bathroom, shower, etc.- paper-like walls. also there were no fans or AC so be prepared. the location of the hotel is perfect and staff are super nice. "

"Everything was amazing. The reviews for this hotel were very mixed, however our experience was amazing and have no idea why anyone would say anything negative. Our room (#8) was beautiful, the esthetic of the pool was georgeous, the view of Lake Atitlan (feet away) was breathtaking, the staff was kind, friendly (miri and juan..everyone) and everyone always had a smile on their face. The food was great👌. 10/10 i would definitely return and would recommend!"

"We really liked the open spaced patio,the room and the location. We had a room in the first floor and could hear the people at the reception. Feels like the walls are very thin. Other than that we had a great time, great value for money. We would come back."
