"Liostassi is an absolute dream! The views were incredible, the food was divine, but what made this trip even more wonderful were the staff members. They took care of us and made us feel special. The hospitality shown is unmatched to any other hotel we've stayed at. Grandma's kitchen had a simple menu but delicious options. Well worth the price. The breakfast was fresh every day, and you can sit and eat while you look at the gorgeous view. The rooms were clean, and the bed was super comfortable with many options for pillows, which was helpful for a sore neck from traveling. The room was filled with little surprises for us, too! It was in between 2 walkable towns, Chora and the Port, which made it very easy to explore. This was well worth the price and I would HIGHLY recommend this paradise. "Amethyst Hotel, Oia – A Serene Santorini Escape!! Our stay at the Amethyst Hotel in Oia was nothing short of spectacular. This boutique resort offers stunning panoramic views of the western tip of Santorini, with its idyllic setting perfectly capturing the charm of the island. Located just a short walk from the iconic blue domes, sunset viewpoints, restaurants, and shopping in Oia, it’s an ideal base for exploring the area. We arrived via ferry and found the hotel to be about a 25–30 minute drive from the port. Renting a car was a great decision, as it made getting around the island incredibly convenient. The hotel has ample parking, and we had no trouble finding spots in both Oia and Fira. The atmosphere at the hotel is peaceful and relaxing. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, including early and late check-ins. The on-site restaurant offers a wide variety of food and drink options, and the large sea-view pool was an absolute highlight—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Highly recommend the Amethyst Hotel for anyone looking for a serene yet well-connected Santorini getaway."

"Everything about this hotel was perfection! From being picked up at the port to the welcome drink on arrival! The staff here were friendly, helpful and aimed to make your stay amazing! Breakfasts were included and a perfect way to start your day and a fantastic selection of delicious prepared choices. We didn’t get to use the spa on property as our stay was short. There were two choices of pools, a bar and a beach with water sports right below hotel. We booked stand up paddling one afternoon It was walking distance to more restaurants and a short taxi to town! Loved our stay here! Would love to return and stay longer!"
