SECURITY DEPOSIT

years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Book at your own peril!
Definitely the worst accommodation and care from Vrbo and the property agents. Vrbo have been appalling in their customer support in trying to resolve the many, many issues this property had. Just a few were unhygienic and dirty, unkempt and the most appalling smell, no hot water. Do not book through Vrbo and expect any form of support.

A note should be added that during May the 2 local tavernas are closed until June so the property is quite remote so a car is definitely needed

The property is in a great location. A minute walk to a pebble beach with a few tavernas. The property is very private and surrounded by olive groves. Perfect for a couple looking for total relaxation.

Wunderschöner Ort. Traumhafte Lage und Umgebung. Gemütliches Häuschen mit allen was man braucht. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und einladend. Er wird fast täglich überprüft und gereinigt. Herzlichen Dank an Georgios den Poolman. Das Internet ist oft recht schwach und nicht immer verfügbar. Wir kommen aber sicher wieder.
