"We booked a private room for 1 night, weeks in advance. We arrived at 1700 to an empty front desk and other travelers also waiting to check-in. We were told that rooms needed to be cleaned and we could wait. This wasn’t a big deal as we sat in the dining area. The employee didn’t offer us wifi or water, but made an espresso drink for another guest of the property. "Old Town Quito Suites was the perfect base for our family of 5! Conveniently located but in a quieter part of town which we appreciated. The 2BR apartment was spacious and well appointed. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Staff go out of their way to make your stay safe and comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely go back!"

"It seems like a brand new property. The staff is super kind, both the front door staff and the one who communicate with you via WhatsApp (the staff of the sister hotel less so). They are extremely responsive. The location is great, near lots of restaurants and the beautiful Carolina park. "
