This seemed to say that entry was to use the key pad numbers preceded by the room number....but we had no room number as we hadn't checked in! After many attempts we got the door to open. Next was to find a room. The reception was unattended and we had to search the hotel's paperwork to find that we expected and had been allocated rooms. ...
