Nice family house perfect located for a visit to Amsterdam and the rest of the Netherlands. Close to airport. Free parking. Close to bus and train. Big garden. Complete kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Six beds. Shops close by. Bedsrooms recently renovated after feedback guests.

Fàcil comunicació i espais amplis

Zona tranquil·la aprop d'Amsterdam. Espais amplis on tothom pot relaxar-se després d'un dia de turisme. Cal tenir en compte que no hi ha aire acondicionat, tot i que en el nostre cas, a les nits ha refrescat i no ens ha estat difícil fer baixar la temperatura de la casa.

Gute Lage, aber ...

Wir können nur wiederholen, was wir in vielen Bewertungen gelesen haben: Das Haus liegt sehr schön für Besuche der Floriade und Radtouren in der Umgebung. Aber es ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig.

Alles soweit gut, schöner Garten

Tolle gut ausgestattete Küche, schöner wohn und Ess Bereich. schöner Garten. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Super WLAN und toller Fernseher (war wichtig für meine Teenies) die 3 Schlafzimmer waren renovierungsbedürftig, allerdings für uns kein Problem.

Top Lage, Sauberkeit und Zimmer aber katastrophal

Lage Top, Vermieter freundlich und super Kommunikation. Schlüssel im Safe, alles ohne Probleme machbar. Herrliche Strände in 5 Minuten erreichbar, Amsterdam Innenstadt in 25Min. Also dahingehend tiptop. Untere Etage ist ok, nach deutschem Standart aber nicht sonderlich sauber. Obere Etage ist eine Katastrophe und geht garnicht. Die Zimmer sind mehr als desolat und man kommt sich vor wie in einer polnischen Notunterkunft. Tapete geht ab, Schlösser hängen schief, Wasserflecken an den Decken, alles nicht sonderlich sauber und eher abschreckend. Küche ist super zum kochen, aber mann will einfach nicht hoch in die 2. Etage zum schlafen gehen. Dort einfach nochmal sanieren und es wird eine schöne Wohnung. Garten ist auch vorhanden und schön schattig. Alles in allem kann man es aushalten und die super Lage macht viel wieder weg, aber die obere Etage ist einfach nicht vertretbar. Das geht einfach nicht. Da sind deutsche Flüchtlingsheime besser aufgestellt.

Ferienhaus in Almere Haven

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Haus, was mal etwas Zuwendung benötigt. Erdgeschoß alles gut, aber die Zimmer oben bedürfen einer gründlichen Renovierung. Es war sauber und die Lage für uns perfekt und super Anbindung öffentliche Verkehrsmittel
