"Прекрасный отель. Даже не смотрите по сторонам. В самом лучшем месте Алматы, до Достык Плазы 700 метров. Персонал очень вежливый и помогает во всем. Завтраки приносят в номер во сколько вы пожелаете. Даже местные на геликах и других дорогих машинах в этом отеле останавливаются. Вообщем цена качество просто супер. Особенная благодарность Ансару "

"We weren't very pleased with this place. For starters, we found out upon arrival that we had to pay 6000 tenge for two people/two nights. Below is the only mention of potential fees: "Hotel fees The price DOES NOT include any applicable hotel service fees, charges for optional incidentals (such as minibar snacks or telephone calls), or regulatory surcharges. The hotel will assess these fees, charges and surcharges upon check-out." The staff claimed this was a newly imposed tax from Feb 2023....

"Park Dedeman Almaty offers superior experience services compared to the average Almaty hotel. The English-speaking staff facilitated smooth communication. While the room was clean and comfortable, I think it could benefit more from additional amenities to improve and meet international hotel standards. "It was a cheap and surprisingly good room - for this price I expected scam or hostel. The room looks exactly as on the pic, quite spacious. Bathroom is okay. Shampoo, soap, dental kit, slippers were provided during check-in. Cards payment accepted. No elevator, so 3rd floor is quite a challenge with a 25 kg suitcase. I slept very well on this large bed, it was quite a surprise too. Overall, very unexpected and cheap stay. No caffe around, so either get food delivery or walk for some time to...
