"We had a great time at this villa for a family birthday. Dermot was super helpful and was very quick to reply and help with any queries we had. Location is a nice 15/20min walk down the marina but with Uber it was only a 5 minute drive. Would recommend spending the additional cost for pool heating. We hired a car because we had a little one but not needed. Villa was very clean and tidy and photos matched reality. Would stay here again. "

"We had a fantastic time at this excellent property. The property has a large outdoor pool, and is massive inside, with lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas. The teenagers in our group particularly liked having the downstairs area to themselves. The property was c15 minutes from Vilamoura marina and approx 20 mins from the beach. "The villa was lovely, we loved the setting and the views were fantastic. You can walk to several restaurants. We were left a welcome package which was very helpful, but you do definitely need to go to a big supermarket as the two mini-markets did not stock very much especially fresh bread, fruit and vegetables, we would also say that the villa did not have enough towels and they also need to be renewed."

"The property was very well decorated and furnished and spotlessly clean. It is so spacious and it is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool is very deep 2.6m at the deep end. Just across the road from the old village and a 10 -15 minute walk from the marina. Bolt taxis are very cheap to use here. Overall a hantastic find"

"The property is in an ideal location on the edge of the golf course and close to the main reception and shops. A pleasant walk through the golf course to the beach was a daily delight. The villa is spacious and well kept, clean and with all the amenities and equipment needed. I'll be back!"

"Villa is as described, very spacious and clean. Pool gets the sun all day. Uber into the marina was 7 euros for 6 of us. No supermarket nearby but got Uber to a supermarket and just did a big shop for the week. Only fault is that we found the beds hard. Apart from that it was a fantastic stay and would stay again as ideal for a group."

"We are on our last day today staying at this fabulous Villa. I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone considering this Villa. The Owners communicated pre and post booking with all my questions. They have been absolutely brilliant. The Villa is very well kept, the gardens are immaculate too. We were only there for 5 nights and within that duration we met the gardeners and the pool cleaner.
