Situated in a private gated part of Vale do Lobo, Villa Flores is finished to a very high standard throughout with the latest technology including air-conditioning, electric shutters, eco-friendly pool heating (additional charges apply) and premium UK TV.

In addition to the south facing pool area there is a rooftop solarium with heated jacuzzi & panoramic sea views, a large terrace off the master bedroom and a terrace off the kitchen which is set up for dining, with fabulous gas BBQ & dining table for 8 -10.

Vale do Lobo is a 5* Resort with 2 golf courses, tennis & padel centre , pool, gym, spa, beach, bars and restaurants, mini golf etc. As members of the Resort, guests can purchase resort Welcome Cards for access to the circuit bus and discounts on Well pool at the Praca (further details can provided on request).

In accordance with local legislation, for all bookings made with effect from 1 Nov 2024 a Loule city tax “taxa municipal turística” applies. This will be shown as a “Property Fee” on your quote and / or VRBO invoice, which is estimated at £0.75 per guest per night. In most cases this will approximate to the actual charges payable and no further payment will be necessary. Perfect house in great location in Vale do Lobo
My family and I stayed at Kate’s house for over a month in the Easter holidays. The home was perfect for us, all the modern amenities you need, very spacious, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and great for families, especially ours with our toddlers. The pool area has sun all day. Very close drive to beach, restaurants, shopping, and water park. Can’t recommend it enough! We loved it. Will be back x

A fabulous stay with a great host
We recently stayed at this stunning villa in Val de lobo and had an absolutely wonderful time. The villa exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the fact the villa is centrally located in the golf course which was stunning. The exterior of the villa is sleek and modern, perfectly complementing its luxurious amenities. Inside, the villa is spacious, airy, and impeccably decorated. Each room had a perfect blend of elegance and coziness. The living areas are comfortable and inviting, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. The villa is also exceptionally well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, from modern appliances to an array of cookware and utensils. We especially enjoyed the outdoor dining area, which was perfect for al fresco meals. The bedrooms were another highlight, each one offering cool bedding and ample storage space. The bathrooms were equally good with plenty of towels and a hair dryer and space, they do get a little smelly on warm days but this seems to be the norm abroad. One of our favorite features was the private pool, which was well-maintained and offered a refreshing escape from the warm Portuguese sun. There were enough sun loungers and parasols for shade, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and fun. We also want to thank our host, Kate, who was incredibly informative and helpful. She quickly responded quickly to an issue we had.caused ourselves.

Lovely villa!
We had a fantastic stay at this lovely villa, set in a quiet location but close to a supermarket, the beach and restaurants. Great that there are so many places to sit out on the different terraces. The pool was a great size for us with a toddler and the huge parasols were ideal! The host couldn’t have been more helpful and would highly recommend this villa. Thank you!

A great villa, the property was as described and the photos provide a good overview.

Perfect villa in Val do Lobo
We had a brilliant stay at Kates villa. It was the perfect spot for us. Myself 61 with my 3 sons (2 of which had their partners with them) so the bedrooms split over the 3 floors worked well that everyone had their own space and werent all on top of each while the middle floor offered a great space to relax and enjoy. With access to an amazing bbq area and a patio with pool area that got the sun all day. Place was spotlessly clean and the maid service was great for a refresh halfway through the trip. Close to supermarket and the kitchen was so well stocked with anything you need. Will definitely stay again if in Val do Lobo. Thanks for a great stay!!

Spectacular family villa
We are a family of 5 (my daughters are 9, 7 and 5). We chose this villa as it seemed to have a lot of space and boy was that right! 4 large double bedrooms (two king and two twins) and 3 had en-suites. There are 4 terraces so perfect to escape the sun if needed. The pool is small but perfect for the kids and a quick dip in the day. The location is brilliant too, about a mile from the beach and restaraunt area and a 10-15 minute walk to the supermarket. We did use Uber a lot as it was so cheap. The medical centre onsite is brilliant too, sadly we had to visit there a couple of times with two members of the family getting ear infections. But the service was fantastic. There is a local pizza place that delivers to the villa aswell which was great if we wanted to stay home in the evening. We didn’t get a chance to use the jacuzzi but the view from the roof terrace was beautiful. I can’t recommend this villa enough. The main service mid week was a treat too. The games and DVDs were a hit with the girls too. We want to book again next year but bring my folks along too as there would still be plenty of space with them there.

Great luxury villa
We were blown away with how luxurious and well equipped the villa was. From the abundance of crockery and utensils to the many books, board games and 3D DVD's which kept the children very happy. The four terraces meant that we were not on top of each other and everyone could relax on one of the many sunbeds or outdoor seating areas. A really great location too, with it being only a short car journey from many of the beach bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. We used Uber a lot which was not expensive at all. Would highly recommend this villa for families as it has everything you could possibly need and the resort of Vale do Lobo has great family entertainment at the Praca during the evenings in the summer months.

Great stay in VDL
We travelled as a party of 6. Two adults, our two children and their friends. The villa is very well equipped, spacious, clean and tidy. The boys spent a lot of time in the pool and the girls on the sun deck and in the jacuzzi. As we stayed at an exceptionally hot time we decided that we wouldn’t walk to the Praça but use the resort bus. For a small fee you can use this bus to take your around the resort. We also used it to take us to Julia’s beach where we spent most of our days. Kate was very responsive to our queries and I would not hesitate to recommend this villa. Many thanks

Great Location
Firstly, great location near to the entrance of the Vale do Lobo complex. Great find, modern townhouse villa with 4 bedrooms all en suite. Great lounge with UK TV including sky sports enabling me to watch the closing stages of the Open. 3 areas to sunbath, a roof terrace with jacuzzi, a very large patio with the master bedroom and the area outside the lounge with the plunge pool. 30 minute walk to the Praca complex of restaurants and coktail bars, or €3~4 by Uber. 15 minute walk to the Golf course and clubhouse. There is a supermarket also by the entrance. Great location, will definately return

A gem of a find!
Staying at Kate’s villas has been been a wonderful experience. We’ve stayed in lots of villas in and around Vale do Lobo and other countries and I have to say that this was by far the most modern and luxurious. Everything that we needed was there. It was spacious and the decor, furniture and furnishings were well finished, clean and contemporary. There is a maid service half way through the stay and they did a fantastic job - the villa was spotless! The villa caters for both families as well as couples In particular the whole family enjoyed using the jacuzzi and my husband and I enjoyed having a morning coffee or a pre dinner drink on the spacious balcony off the master bedroom (which has very comfy and contemporary sun longers and seats). It’s in a great location in a quiet gated community and in walking distance to Parque do Golf (20 mins) and The Beach and Praca (30 mins). There is also a well stocked super market which is a 20 min walk or a short drive. All in all we loved it and will hopefully be back.

Great villa
Great accommodation and nice sized pool for our young children. The villa is in a peaceful gated neighbourhood with security patrols. The villa is located on the Ocean Course and is a 10 minute walk to the golf clubhouse and a further 5mins to the Praca/Beach complex. We had a fantastic time and the spacious accommodation over 3 levels meant that we never felt overcrowded even although we were 2 families with 3 children. I would not hesitate to book again and had a great experience.
