Staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Hands down the best atmosphere and service of any hotel I have visited in Israel. Spa was delightful with highly trained staff! Recommend!"

"Beautiful space,very modern, lovely lobby, public spaces and rooms.however most of the staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The front desk staff were fine, however the people at the pool were the most unprofessional hotel staff I have ever encountered. The life guard was either on his phone or walking around. The food staff did not even acknowledge questions in English. Towels were few and far between . Also the pool area was very crowded with small children running around....

"We stayed at “Dovdevan” cabin for 2 nights (family of 4). The sleeping area for the kids was good with a comfortable mattress and a TV. We had a nice Jacuzzi (we didn’t use the sauna). However, the bathroom was uncomfortable with no stall , so all the bathroom area was full of water after each use. The area around the cabin/room is very lovely with plenty of trees ,shade and a playground. You can use the kibbutz’s pool in the summer. "
