"Pool is very small and was too busy most of the time. We found a dirty sock in our room when first checking in and there was a human hairball floating around. Ok food at the restaurant. Bar closes at 10 which is on the earlier side. Great location and friendly staff. "

"This is a great location for someone staying downtown or attending a sporting event. A good option for anyone arriving by train, as it is only a few blocks from King Street Station. My room had a view of a brick wall, and the black out curtains ensured that it was pitch black outside, so if you rely on natural light and get a 'room without a view' make sure you open the blinds before you go to sleep."

"Probably one of the best hotels in this area. Felt very safe and comfortable staying here. My boyfriend and I have stayed here many times and we always come back to this hotel. Also not as expensive as other hotels. Also love that they have a Starbucks and small cafe/market."
