"The staff in the pool and restaurant were outstanding! The food was excellent. The main pool needs maintenance. It has a lot of missing tiles which has caused injuries for my kids. The quickness to address the injuries was lacking. I expected more for a 5 stars resort. "

During our check-in, I was feeling quite unwell, and they treated me like family, which I truly appreciated. Mr. Houdaifa, in particular, was exceptionally supportive. The food was delicious, and our room was stylish with an amazing view. Overall, we had a marvelous experience at the St. Regis, thanks to its outstanding team!"

"The place over all was magnificent the staff were absolutely amazing. It was clean well maintained had a water park and midway rides but there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom that permiated everything. We had to sleep with the bathroom door closed with the fan on and all the windows open and bedroom door closed"
