Beside the hotel restaurant employees, their customer service and food was perfect. Farah hotel restaurant employees are amazing especially with the lead of the restaurant Manager Hassan who made our experience amazing..Thank you Hassan you’re the best!! Thanks to your team and chef.
Otherwise I had a bad experience at the check in very bad customer service, no clear communication. I called 4 days in a row before my stay to confirm my arrival to ask about upgrade options but I had no answer. At the arrival I stand at the front reception for a bit while 2 receptionists finishing their tasks but no one greeted me!! After that I was assigned a room that is absolutely not matching the description or the pic on Expedia reservation. Tried to negotiate but no results!
This is my second time at this hotel my first experience last year was much better. Not sure I will be back again!!
