"I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. "We loved the amazing view. Fortunately the neighbours did not smoke so that we could use the balcony and open the windows. Strange that people in principal are allowed to smoke on the balcony, there should be no ashtrays. We expected to pay the hotel fee in the hotel and put Euros on our cash card, but then the hotel already charged our credit card before we checked in, so that we had to pay the card fee and use an unfavorable exchange rate. Except, excellent service and a great place to stay."
