"The property was superbly postioned... Just steps from the sea... The owners were very welcoming to me which was reassuring as i was staying alone. My room was airy and spacious. The decor and furnishing was slightly dated but did not bother me as it was very clean. The bathroom was small and could do with modernising the shower but it was adequate. I think they should advertise the cost of the air conditioning as for some €7 a night may eat into their spending money if on a budget. I would...

"Wonderful room, stone built, very rustic. We loved it! It is located in a quiet area, sea is close. Restaurants and supermarkets are closeby, and we had an amazing sunset view. "Really nice small hotel.The place was very clean ,nice room ,modern bathroom. The pool area was fantastic, very well kept, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, nice snack bar offering food and drinks. "Although we had a great stay at Mitsis selection Laguna when booking this I booked a bungalow sea view , i felt I was cheated on the room rate because we ended up with a garden view / children play area , and looked nothing like what was advertised on the website . We queried this at reception which we were offered another room but to another garden view so it wasn’t worth the upheaval of our belongings but the receptionist took a contact number if an upgrade became available he would call us. Never got a call . At the end of our holiday we learnt that another couple got a free upgrade to a bungalow sea view with Jazzi because they weren’t happy with their view either so I was really disappointed that the cost of garden view room rate is less than what we paid for . apart from this we can’t fault the hotel , all staff were lovely and attentive food and drinks were great too "

Wonderful Resort

"Beautiful resort with super friendly and helpful staff. The water park looks amazing for kids (and adults too). Plenty of areas for adults to relax too. Only improvement is Netflix needs to be added to the TVs in bedrooms, the existing selection of mainly news channels is awful "

Beautiful relaxing hotel

"Stayed for a week, in a beautiful location, town was quiet however expected this time of year. Lovely sandy beach nearby. All staff were friendly and helpful, rooms modern and cleaned regularly. Really enjoyed both breakfast & evening meals. Hotel maybe just a little too quiet for us but otherwise perfect"

"Lovely hotel, main pool quite busy but the private beach was amazing with great beach bar and chilled music. We avoided the buffet and had incredible food at both the Cretan restaurant for breakfast and dinner and the Italian for dinner. Charming staff, just needs a minor rethink in bathroom as shower was narrow due to placement of soap holder. Overall a fantastic experience and would highly recommend and return "
