"Good hotel about a 15 minute walk from town centre. Staff are friendly. Good value. A bit of road noise, but there are rooms on the other side of hotel which will be quieter. Amble parking and easy access. This is my 2nd time I've stayed and would recommend."

"Very pleasantly surprised as the photos on the website didn’t do this hotel justice. The grounds, decor and general standard was very high and staff all very professional. "The hotel’s location in the center of the town is excellent. The restaurant and bar area has a lovely ambience, but food is a little expensive. Our room was basicit was the cheapest, but it was clean and perfectly adequate. If we came again, we would bring a hairdryer the one that was there was virtually useless, and the plugs are on the opposite side from the bed so an extension lead would be useful if you want to have the phone charging by your bed. "Amazing hotel. Entrance lobby and rooms were exceptional. The room was bigger than most flats in London Had dinner in the restaurant and was very very good. Steak tartare was one of the best I’ve had and Burrata salad was right up there. Only down point were the “fries” 9/10 apart from that with value in mind. Breakfast selection was very impressive, only moan is that the cooked section was a little dry. Needs something to add moisture/sauce to it all. Will go back for sure "

"Easy, friendly check in. We were early but left our luggage at reception, and still got our room earlier than check in time! Breakfast was delicious, plenty to choose from, the pancakes were yummy! Rooms very comfortable and was great having a bath and a separate shower. So close to the centre too! Would stay here again for sure."

"When we arrived at the hotel at nigh we could't get into the hotel. We had to stay outside in the cold for almost 1 hour and half because nobody were present to attend us. We had to call and if you don't have a phone to call your will stay out!"

"Have to say we loved everything about our stay at Maasparel Nextdoor. The town of Arcen is lovely. Our room was clean, with great décor, comfortable beds and a awesome view of the river. The food for breakfast was delicious as well. By far the very best part of our stay was the friendly staff. Lisa and her team were warm, welcoming, accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. We could not have been happier with our 2 night stay. "
