"Avoid booking a room facing the street, as the noise can be disruptive. During my stay, housekeeping failed to make up my room one night, and although I informed the front desk, no one followed up. On the positive side, the hotel is well-maintained and clean, with an outstanding self-service breakfast. While the property is above average overall, the customer service could use some improvement. "The tram stops right in front, and it's a quick walk to the flea market, restaurants/bars, and harbor. Wonderful staff, a nice breakfast, and in an interesting neighborhood. Working remotely, the internet is super fast and reliable. A great choice and I would recommend the Joseph Hotel and stay there again. "

"This property is basic but clean and safe. The staff is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Jaffa is a little rough. You need to really watch out for yourself and your belongings. We almost got robbed while at the beach. Gratefully a man who was watching saved us. Just be cautious. "

"It’s my second time staying at JOJO TLV. Very clean and modern “city house" hotel. It’s one floor of an apartment building with a number of rooms, a lobby area and a terrace. The lobby area has some basics, including a microwave, Nespresso machine, kitchenware and a refrigerator.
