"Towels were dirty, no supplies such as garbage bags, hand soap, toilet paper or paper towels. Had an ac leak the first night. The manager sent a repairman who cut a hole in the sheetrock ceiling and than left it. The next day we Had cockroaches which may or may not have been related to the gaping holes in the ceiling. Satisfying stay at Isrotel Sea Tower

"Great location with amazing sea/beach view. Front desk is very friendly and welcoming. Guy is very professional and made our check in process smooth. Room is very spacious for two. The gym is a bit basic and unfortunately the pool was closed. But we will visit again when back in TLV. "

" The hotel was everything we expected it to be--clean and comfortable--though our room could have used a second soft chair. Tel Aviv is a mixture of newer buildings--like the Savoy Hotel--and old run-down ones many of which are covered in graffiti. The Savoy is in the midst of both kinds of buildings. However; it is easy to overlook the graffiti-covered buildings because the hotel is so close to the Mediterranean Sea. We would gladly stay here again. "

"Good for the price. I don’t know her name but the first day I was there I needed a taxi to the bus station. She tried to help me get an app, but for some reason I couldn’t so she used her own app and booked the ride for me. I’ll always be thankful to her because if it weren’t for her I would’ve missed a tour to Jordan. "

"Fabulous customer service, the staff could not be nicer. I was greeted by name as I walked in as a repeat customer and accommodated immediately. Every request was handled efficiently and with a smile. Wonderful breakfast. Nice soap products. And a perfect arrangement with a full blown gym nearby. "
