"This was our 4th time in viva Windham, first 3 times was in viva palace, was excellent. This time, January 2025 was in viva Beach. Ocean front bungalow. "Viva Palace is beside Viva Beach hotel so that you can walk the charming treed walkway between the two properties. Both sites have nightly entertainment - singers, dancing and theatre from 8 to midnight with s disco after hours. International clientele and lots of young families. "This is so cute and nicely done and the staff were excellent at trying to help and the property was very clean. Unfortunately, I reserved and paid for a room with a king bed which was not available. We were taken to the smallest room with the smallest bed. I had littel trouble finding the property but owner picked me up from the tourist center of that area, and I appreciate that.
