"It is a very nice property. Unfortunately there was only one sheet and the air was very cold, so I had bad nights, and turning up the temperature was risking mosquito bites. The mosquito net is not appropriate for the size of the bed. The bed needs a good adjustment and it makes a hard sound every time you move or sit down. We understand that the water pressure may be low, but bathing took longer than usual, however it was warm which contrasted with the cold air in that room. Apart from...

"An absolutely incredible experience; start to finish! Pre-departure, the hotel staff ensure smooth airport transfers as well as a full menu of daily activities to consider. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. The surrounding restaurants are also terrific and everything is a short drive from the hotel. Highly recommended. "

"The ambiance was beautiful. The place was extremely clean and the room/suite was huge. The staff in both the grill and the restaurant were very polite, and meals were served in a timely manner. Was delicious also. My disappointment. I returned the key after our stay and the receptionist did not even ask how way your stay, did you like the facility, can we count on you staying here if you return to the country? "The apartment was very lovely quiet clean with good parking except entrance need paving can damage your car. I did not get TV-needed new batteries for TV remote. Trued all night to figure out tge toilet only to realized tgey had turn off the water valve. 3 matches in the match box for lighting the stove amble check much be done at all times to ensure all needs are met even tho their were small matters and a one night visit. I enjoyed my stay. I will stay again.Thanks "
