"This is a gorgeous property and really peaceful. The staff service was wonderful and attentive. We lost our bag on a public bus and the staff drove us to the police station to file a report, giving us a couple hours of their time, and were helpful throughout. The room was great, if a little cold in January, but they provided heating and thick blankets. The private bath was wonderful, especially after they taught us how to heat the tub."

"An amazing and unique traditional stay in a small town outside of Kyoto. It is secluded and we were still able travel to Kyoto, Nara, Osaka, and Kobe.
