"Excellent experience - Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Room was modern, spacious and clean, with cabinets to store shoes, jackets, and get bags off the floor. Situated in the downtown area, it’s a convenient walk to restaurants, shops, and a grocery. Parking and the train station are both an easy five minute walk from the hotel. "

"Incredible stay in Megeve. Small property with 5* amenities & dining. The shuttle will take you most places and takes the hassle out of going off property for dinner. This property also gives you access to a private locker room at the Mont d’Arbois ski area which is huge. Ask for Anthony, he is incredibly helpful with skiing and restaurant recommendations."

"We were greeted outside by a friendly welcoming member of staff with guidance on how to reach the hotel car parking. The room was basic but clean with plentiful of hot water. All staff were polite and helpful. Great stay"

"Great location, nice amenities, good breakfast. Rental ski place on site is outstanding for service. Hotel staff were nice but we asked for help ordering car service and although I confirmed 3 times, the car was not actually reserved which caused us a huge and very expensive problem the morning of our departure. "We were on foot and able to walk to/from the train station through Annecy which took a leisurely 40 mins (for those so inclined - it’s a hill!). The climb was worth it. Beautiful lake view from our window and pleasant concierge staff. We rented e-bikes (40e/each) for a day and road the beautiful 26mile path around the lake. Also easy access to hiking trails above Les Tresomes. Highly recommend! "

"Very nice discovery with the big sky hotel! Friendly staff, great vibe, nice reception area with games like pool and video games to hang out, free snack around 4pm, ski shop in the hotel with very friendly staff - we enjoyed our 3 days of skiing! The only thing is we were on the ground floor and our room was slightly cold so next time I would ask for a room on another floor. The pool and spa area was a great plus when coming back from a day of skiing. You have to take the car to go skiing but...
