"Super views - lovely pool and good facilities for the size of the hotel. Lovely staff. Food excellent but restricted meno options apart from the lovely barbecue (twice a week). Nothing much to do in the evening and you need a car if you want to get around. One shuttle to the beach and a local trip is all there is from the hotel. But for ambience and relaxing super. "

"The whole villa is spotless the rooms are cleaned daily, the couple who host the villa are really friendly and very welcoming and are happy to chat about the house and the area making your stay even better. There is a coffee machine in your room and a fridge, the beds are super comfy and there is even a flat screen tv with Netflix if you have the time to watch it!"

"It was the hottest room we ever slept in. When buying a hotel in such locations, I always count on peace and quiet. Unfortunately, silence was a big problem at night. Quite a busy road on one side, and barking dogs on the other. The owner's dogs are very cute but really noisy. And so the room, which was heated during the day (without air conditioning), was unbearable at night and it was impossible to open the windows unless you were a really heavy sleeper and passing cars or barking dogs were...

"Really attractive accommodation and excellent provision of tea coffee milk bread cakes etc. Lovely bedroom and bathroom and nice outside space. A nice authentic Spanish restaurant about ten minutes walk away. Only negative is that there isn’t much else to see or do within walking distance so you need a car to go anywhere—but would suit people wanting a quiet retreat."

We were both fit and it was exhausting to drag our luggage and belongings up the hill to the hotel. "The property is ideally located adjacent to the cathedral and the historic buildings. The staff, from receptionists to room service, are all very friendly, slimly and helpful. Breakfast is good, Bus transportation, restaurants, shopping all nearby, no need for costly taxis. The property has no glassing for sound proofing, therefore expect noise from the cobble street, Cars, road services machinery, beer bar adjacent to the hotel and general public visiting the cathedral.
