"So looks nice when enter and location is great. Once in room noticed needs touch up with paint and something to stop doors squeaking. Beds moved which was annoying. Food - breakfast is pretty much best, lunch and dinner had lots of recycled food and fatty pork and steak. Chips were half cooked at times. I survived on ham & cheese on toasted bread and pizza."

"Sarah in reception was really friendly and helpful. As per my room, the shower had a design issue and when using it the water would come out of the shower almost to the room.
