"I liked the location just off the beach with a fantastic view. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The pool area was great too Perhaps air con should be installed as it was a little uncomfortable at night even with windows open. Some windows unable to open. And the bathroom,although good, could do with a refresh as 2 tiles were broken and the grout in shower was discoloured at the bottom. Second Tv remote was missing but we managed ok. Overall very happy just some issues need addressing...

"The hotel itself was a really friendly and welcoming environment, the lovely lady at the check-in desk was warm and friendly which made the whole process move seamlessly. The spa is very clean with 2 saunas, a hot tub and a steam room along with an ice-cold shower. The only negative for me was the restaurant, not the staff as they were nice, friendly and attentive, the menu on the other hand is sparse at best and thats if they even have everything on the menu, i ate half the main as it was...

"At in superb grounds and a golf course, as you drive up the long entrance road and look at the view over the Firth of Clyde you will be delighted. Checkin was quick and the team there extremely helpful. Comfortable room and bed only thing missing is air conditioning as it was a warm night. Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet with plenty of choice. Due to the amount of stairs and no lift (elevator for the Americans) to get to the rooms I suspect it’s not accessible to all but there may be rooms...
