"Very warm welcome feom the hotels reception staff member, nomlift bit its just a one floor then it should not be a problem, car park by the hotel is great, just mind that if you come out after 8 pm then ise your room key to open the main entrance,i was not told and luckily i guessed. "We stayed here for 3 weeks after flying in from the US to visit family in the nearby area. We didn't want to be in a hotel for 3 weeks as we would find that claustrophobic. This was the ideal solution. The park staff were excellent and could communicate easily in English and German if needed. It is extremely quiet here with easy access to the excellent Netherlands freeways. The indoor pool and the swimming lake were loved by my visiting grandkids. "Hotel with a restaurant nicely located in the vicinity of a stud farm. The hotel staff is friendly but the farm people are less. I tried to look at some horses together with my 9yo daughter but have been yelled at by a typical German, that this is private land and we should leave. A real downturner. So if you stay at this hotel, avoid the very neighbourhood."

"Probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Currently trying to find a similar matress to upgrade our bed at home. Beautiful rooms, very spacious and cozy vibe. The whole area is lovely, and we got a room with a view over large pond/small lake. Fantastic service from the staff, and incredibly friendly. We didnt get a chance to try the breakfast or dinner at the restaurant, but hoping well be able to next time we stay."

"It’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting right on the River Maas. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Our Superior room was huge, and had views over the river, our son had a Comfort room, smaller but still a nice size and both had amazing large white marble shower rooms with walk in shower. No kettle to make tea, but luckily I had spotted that in another review and took one. Coffee machine. We ate in the Michelin star restaurant and had an excellent meal, flambed at the table....

"Been here before. The price/ quality very good. Well organized, friendly. Doesn’t look too inviting when driving to the hotel but it’s fine. Very good stop over. We have rebooked for our return. Shopping center just down the road and. dry convenient for the motorway. Also nice and quiet. Thumbs up."

Gorgeous hotel with fantastic service

Fabulous on-site facilities

"The trip was amazing. Easy check-in. We were slightly early, however the staff accommodated us. Staff were friendly and professional. Rooms were absolutely fabulous. On-site facilities were out of this world, e.g. fitness centre and swimming pool. Bar was great too with service to one's table. Would definitely return. Very highly recommended."

Short visit

"Easy, friendly check in. We were early but left our luggage at reception, and still got our room earlier than check in time! Breakfast was delicious, plenty to choose from, the pancakes were yummy! Rooms very comfortable and was great having a bath and a separate shower. So close to the centre too! Would stay here again for sure."

Lovely comfortable stay

"Very pleasantly surprised as the photos on the website didn’t do this hotel justice. The grounds, decor and general standard was very high and staff all very professional. Our family room was an excellent size, with 2 bathrooms and a door between sleeping areas. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was some noise from other rooms but ear plugs solved that problem. Breakfast was simple but delicious and from service was very reasonably priced, easy to order via the app and great service."

"Short but very comfortable stay . Would have loved to have walked from the grounds into neighboring countryside and hired bikes for the cycle paths- but weather put that idea out the window. Food and options for food were excellent and vast. Staff were very professional and charming . Hope to visit again soon."

"Hotel room was sparse and utilitarian. It is not a room for comfort. The bed and pillow was very comfortable. Shower room large and good power. Mood lighting controlled by a remote control. Tea coffee facilities in room. No bathrobe provided although this is a spa facility. Towels in room can be used for spa but they are not bath sized. Breakfast was continental style and ok but not a large selection. Evening restaurant food was lovely and cooked beautifully. Spa was excellent and the reason we came. Location beautiful and if you like walking you would go a long way to find more beautiful. "
