"Great location and pools/foyer "

"Beautiful and clean resort on the beach located less than 20 minutes from downtown Palma. Great staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. It’s worth noting that the beach is public, so you have to pay for chairs, umbrella, etc. I would recommend renting a car if you’re going to be on the island for more than a few days. That way you can do some day trips to areas like Deia and Soller. It was an excellent experience and we would stay there again. "

"I stayed in a single room at this property. The room was just the right size for one person. The staff are all multilingual and very helpful. I was able to leave my bags before I went to the airport in a safe room. The pool and outdoor facilities are gorgeous. There is free yoga and pilates. I went to the pilates class and it was great. The bus to the old town of Palma is right in front and is an easy commute. This is a big German party area, so it recommend this area for young people looking to party. "

"In an great position to walk to the harbour and shops, and a few minutes walk from the airport bus stop. The staff were very helpful, especially when we unexpectedly had to return for an extra night because our flight was cancelled. Breakfast had every choice you could want, and the tapas at the 1962 cafe. Would return very happily."

"Excellent experience. The hotel was clean and was run very efficiently. The pool and the food were more than adequate, and the location was also very convenient. And the buffet breakfast was sensational, totally worth the price if not included in the room. The feather in the cap was the staff. They all went above and beyond in every possible way. Special mention to Yael at the front desk, and also to the wonderful Michell and Joyce, who took great care of our food-allergic kids. 10/10"

"Lovely hotel in very good location, good variety food at canteen/restaurants, very friendly staff all good apart from cleaning, bathroom was hardly clean when cleaner has been, only done our beds and empty bins. "

"Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We didn’t arrive until 1am, but the staff were still welcoming. Our room was lovely, good size and loved the sea view balcony. We had breakfast on one day, and it was with the €18 / person for the wide selection of options. Eggs, bacon, sausage, hams, cheese, breads, fruits, cereal, muesli, yoghurt, teas, coffees and juices - everything was covered. There’s a supermarket just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel to get other supplies. We used the pool on one afternoon, and it wasn’t too busy. The sun was off most of the pool area by 5/6pm. There were some roadworks taking place on the road outside, but this didn’t cause many issues and didn’t stop us sleeping or enjoying using the balcony during the day. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the cathedral and old town. There’s also some nice eating places within a couple of minutes of the hotel. We’d definitely return to this hotel if we visit Palma again."
