The particular area is conveniently close to SJ Centro and all that goes with that, the only negative is the issues that come with big Cities everywhere in the world. "A relaxing an enjoyable stay at the Park Inn. The room allocated was spacious, comfortable and very clean (cleaned every day). The hotel had a nice swimming pool area and gym which I used each day. The gym was well equipped. The breakfast provided by the hotel was nice but not a lot of variety (I had breakfast 5 days). A ate in the restaurant on 2 evenings and the food was very nice. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, helpful and professional. "

"The hotel is across from a supermarket but there aren’t any restaurants within easy walking distance, and walking after dark did not feel like the right thing to do, so I ended up eating at the hotel restaurant, which was okay. Just okay. Hot water seemed to take a long time to get to the 2nd floor. The room had a coffee maker, but with porcelain cups, which made me wonder if they were dishwasher clean, or washed in the room with my towels. Ditto the drinking glasses. No refrigerator....
