The Hotel was just as it was pictured. The staff and our stay were fantastic. The staff treated us like royalty. The road in front of the hotel was under construction so that was not great, but the staff at the hotel made up for any inconvenience. We will definitely stay again.

Overall this was a nice place to stay to be close to the airport. There were a few things that could’ve been improved such as some tiny ants in the restroom & the pillows were rather hard. It was a pretty property though and the breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

The hotel is close to all the attractions. The swimming pool was amazing and the breakfast was a nice touch. It’s a little loud at night since it’s right off of the pan American highway. Otherwise very convenient and clean.

Our room was very accommodating for my family of 4. My kids had their own room with 2 twin beds and my husband and I had a room with a king bed. The property was very family friendly with a pool and playground. Our room even had a kitchen!

Such a convenient location to get to airport quickly in the early morning. Staff arranged for a taxi in morning at 5am, that arrived on time for a reasonable price. Also recommended a tasty and low priced restaurant just about 100 meters from hotel. Great hotel!

Almost everything about this place was excellent--cleanliness, breakfast, staff, landscaping and grounds. It's not in a great location, accessible to restaurants, bars, etc., so it's necessary for dinner to be delivered by local restaurants and consumed in the hotel's dining room area. Transportation to the airport or central San Jose only via taxi.

This hotel was a very good value and although it was close to the highway the beautiful gardens made it feel very tropical The service was friendly and responsive to our needs The only thing we would have liked a mini fridge but our host gave us ice and water
