"What a loveley place to stay. We were upgraded to a suite which was a real treat, the bed was enormous and so comfy we slept really well. After exploring the city all day on foot a hot soak in the jacuzzi bath was perfect. Every body was welcoming, breakfast had a good choice well cooked and presented. We ate in the top floor bar our first night and the food was excellent and not expensive at all. "

"Excellent service. It shows they have a rigorous training program. The rooms are clean. The furniture in the room is dated, not really 5 star material, but it doesn’t matter much when you receive such excellent service. Highly recommend it!"

"This hotel is really nice. It’s very clean, rooms are large with a kettle, the bed is the comfiest ever, I can get English programs on TV, and it’s easy to walk to many places. Breakfast is excellent. The absolute standout with this hotel is the staff, I’ve never come across a hotel where the staff have been unfailingly helpful, friendly and really go out of their way for you. "The hotel was in a perfect position only 5 minutes from the main square and the airport bus, but was in a quiet side steet. The room was big and very clean, with a safe and fridge. The bed was extremely comfortable.The staff were so friendly and helpful, even printing out my boarding pass for me. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Tirana. "

"Hotel had a great reception area. Location wise it's not far past the sky tower or Skanderbeg square so a great base to explore. The reception staff were really helpful.
