"I loved the room, close to the Tower Hill station, the pub right next door served great food. The 25-meter pool was great! What I didn't like was the breakfast buffet. It was 23 pounds (about $29). The fried eggs were rubbery, the omelet was a little burned, and the scrambled eggs look more like congealed mush. Breakfast next at the Goodman's Field JD Witherspoon's breakfast as SO much better and cheaper. If our breakfast is not included in your stay, don't pay for."

"This is a great property in a very nice neighborhood adjacent to the Buckingham Palace. This is our second time staying in this property. However, we were quite disappointed with the service and the dining options especially breakfast this time around. It has definitely gone down although the property has made efforts to remodel and upgrade some sections of the property. We ate at House of Ming twice - the food and service were both awesome! However the TH restaurant where they serve breakfast...
