The perfect place for an Irons fan
I had a wonderful couple of nights - every member of staff was friendly. As a single female traveller I felt very comfortable.It was a very special experience to go to sleep and wake up looking over the sacred turf of the Boleyn! I could see the seat I was sitting in to watch the Hammers beat Chelsea from my bed. It was a memorable weekend that I will treasure for ever and the staff in the hotel only added to my overall experience.

Warm friendly staff, plentiful breakfast. Room was clean and tidy. Interesting early morning view of the groundsman mowing the pitch at 7am.

when we arrived we where given the wrong room we booked a double an was given a twin room. The bed was uncomfortable they also tryed to charge us twice

Be careful on match night stays warning !
Never go on a match night its lucky I checked in the afternoon that day that check in is at midnight only. The lady was rude on the phone and had no customer service skills and I phoned up later again and the nice lady the second time cancalled it free of charge for me and said sorry I wasn't informed of late midnight check in.

I'm a West Ham fan but won't be using this hotel again. Possibly THE most uncomfortable bed I've ever encountered & budget bedding coupled with constant noise from 5am resulted in 3 hours sleep on both nights of my stay. From a fan's POV the pitchside view was great but from a hotel/relaxing break POV it was awful. Avoid
