"I first want to say that, overall, this was exactly what wife my and I needed and expected. that being said, this is obviously a 1950's-ish lakeside house. The host has done a lot of good work in doing some updates, but...if you are looking for pure luxury and space...this isn't for you. Then again, if you are renting this for that...you're missing out...because the highlights are the very secluded, private location and the spectacular view. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Everyone loved our stay! From all the king bedrooms, to all the seating, pool house, game room, theatre room…not a single person was bored! The pool room was nice and warm, pool temp was perfect, kitchen space and dining room had so much room. They had lots of extras such as fans, night lights, pack n plays & kid stuff, etc. Would definitely rent again! "

"We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful lakefront home in Algoma. The house was clean, well-stocked, and incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. The layout made it easy to settle in and relax, and the views of the lake were peaceful and serene, especially in the late winter when we had the whole beach to ourselves.The private beach, hot tub, and easy access to everything made it feel like a true getaway. We brought our senior golden retriever, who unfortunately only has weeks to months left, and it meant the world to us to watch him enjoy the quiet, run along the shore, and live his very best life here.This was the perfect spot to relax, reflect, and just enjoy being present. We are already looking forward to returning with our kids and extended family. Thank you for sharing such a special home, it gave us memories we will hold close forever. Also, check out Pizza Bowl, we enjoyed it and met some wonderful people from around town. "
