"Cute, clean and comfy home in a nice quite neighborhood conveniently located. Check in was very easy and Piyumi was quick to respond when we reached out. Highly recommend!"

"A group of us were in town for Ball State Hoco. The house location was conveniently located near campus and tailgating. Plenty of room for us all. House was clean and comfy. It did have a musty odor to it when first entering. That would be the only draw back. "

"We had an AMAZING stay! Loved Toby even though I would say we aren't "cat people". Our plan is to come back to the area once a year so we will defintely be staying here or one of the other new places this host has available."

Living room is flooded with natural light!

"The house was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet and safe neighborhood. We were visiting IWU for family weekend and the house was very close to campus and anything else that we needed. Jonathan was very responsive to any questions prior to booking. We will definitely keep this house in mind for future campus visits."

"We relocated to Gulf Shores Al and came home for a concert. We brought friends for the concert who never been to Indiana. We all enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for friends and family to stop in and visit while we were back home. No doubt we will be staying here again"

Main living room area boasting lots of natural light & stylish furniture!

"The property was perfect for a gathering of friends, family and their children. Our group loves cooking family meals, and the kitchen had nearly everything you could ask for. The bedrooms were comfortable, the master bathroom was a treat, and the kids loved the toys and backyard. Couldn't have asked for a better environment to watch the 2024 Eclipse. The property managers were responsive, informative and very kind. A great experience through and through."

"Property very clean, host was very welcoming, kitchen fully stocked and all rooms were in perfect condition. Beds were great and neighborhood close to everything you need!!!"

"We were in town for a family wedding. We had a total party of eight. This property was absolutely perfect for what we needed and the price was far more reasonable than four separate hotel rooms. It was very well stocked. The setting is rural, surrounded by farmland and fields but it is only a 10 minute drive from town. Best of both worlds. The renovations were not an issue for us and I can't wait to see the finished product once completed. Overall 10/10. "
