"Lots of sleeping options for the group. Small kitchen but great kitchen table as well as picnic tables outside for eating and playing games. Close to neighbors so the noise restrictions are tightly enforced. This can be a disappointment with a larger group that likes to sit outside past 11pm as voices carry over to the neighboring properties initiating some complaints. "Brad was great to deal with. Quick and helpful communications. The house was very accurately described. The kitchen was very well outfitted, including coffee maker, toaster, microwave, air fryer, gas grill on the deck, and lots of good quality new cookwear and dishes. Even a fully outfitted spice rack. Great location, close to groceries, shopping and restaurants. Nice safe neighborhood for our daily walks. "
