"We enjoyed our stay at the Chateau and the surroundings are lovely too. The bed was a little firmer than I prefer and I was a little sore in the morning it my husband said it was good. Always a great place to stay though, nice staff too! "

"The Hart House is a beautiful property with a lot of history that our host and proprietor, Jamie, has a passion to tell its story. My bedroom was gorgeous and we had an incredible sleep. The food was delicious and plentiful. Communication with Jamie was stellar. I would love to return next summer. "

"It is a beautiful, well maintained, thoughtfully updated home. Had everything we could possibly need and the furniture and beds were all high end and comfortable. Slept like a baby the whole trip. "8 adults stayed here we had plenty of space and really enjoyed the house. The town of Alexandria was very cute, most things were closing for the season but we did still get to experience the boat tour, do some shopping and eat at a few local places. We also traveled to the next town over for the pumpkin chunkin festival which was a lot of fun. Thanks to Bob for recommending this! "
