This vacation cottage is available for rent in Alexandria Bay, found in the beautiful 1,000 Islands region of New York State.
The house offers three bedrooms (one king, one queen, one full), sofa/futon, giant living room with a new large sectional sofa and flat screen TV, kitchen w/ dining area, one and one 1/2 bathrooms and three outdoor decks.
Newly added water softener and UV Light system to ensure a clean, safe water supply.
We realize that it's tough to board pets when you leave for vacation so that's why we're pet friendly for cats and dogs as long as your pets are clean and flea free. We also require that you pick up outside after your pets. It's the law and we have disposal cans, too! Thanks :)
The village of Alexandria Bay is one mile away, where there is shopping and restaurants galore. Boldt Castle and Singer Castle can be toured via Uncle Sams Boat Tours. The Canadian border is a stone's throw away; bring your passport! Kingston, Ont., is only 30 minutes from the Thousand Islands Bridge.

Things to do:
Visit Boldt Castle and Singer Castle. You can do this by hopping on an Uncle Sam Boat Tour boat! They have tours leaving several times per day.
Walk across the Thousand Islands Bridge!! It's a once in a lifetime thing to do while you're here! Information is available on the Thousand Islands Bridge website.
Swim in the St. Lawrence River. Access it from the Scenic View Park off of Sisson Street in Alexandria Bay, NY. There is a public beach there. Or you can take a trip to Clayton, NY and swim off the shore at Frink Park!
