"The owners really made this a lovely place to stay. So kind and helpful. I would not say that the house is immersed in greenery but it is a good area and the house is mainly secluded. If there was anything lacking in the house we only had to ask and it was quickly supplied. The owners used online translation well and we were able to communicate really well. The bed was comfy, and there is air-conditioning in the bedroom and the living area, We really enjoyed the local trattoria, if you want to visit Lecce, go by public transport, parking is virtually impossible. Gallipoli was lovely we really liked it there. The people of Puglia were very friendly and open. Overall a lovely holiday."

"This property is absolutely stunning. The pool is a dream. So large and the outdoors is beautifully decorated. Our communication with Rocco was great before and during our arrival and once on site. He and one of his friends helped get us a 3 hour boat tour along caves of Santa Maria De Leuca with Mari 2 Leuca. The villa is lovely and decorated in Italian style with what looked to be some classic beautiful furniture not modern. It makes the villa special. It was a little difficult to find at first as the road sign name is worn off from the sign. But once we found it it was so easy to access Castrignano or Santa Maria De Leuca. If we would ever return to this area I’d rebook in a heartbeat.We had 4 couples and it was fantastic we each had our own private bedroom that were independently air conditioned. We each had our own bathroom as well. The outdoor veranda was were we spent all our time when not in the pool. Highly recommend this property."

So welcoming and always available for anything we needed, offering fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and hidden gems in the area. Their hospitality truly made our trip special, ensuring that we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The villa itself is a haven of peace and tranquility, set in the stunning Puglian countryside. The outdoor pool and terrace were perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun, while the interiors were stylish, comfortable, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. "Nice hotel with a lovely pool overlooking the sea. Very friendly staff; they upgraded us to a bigger room for our group of four adults without us requesting it. The hotel is a bit old but clean and well-maintained. It is within walking distance of one of the most beautiful beaches in Puglia, just a 15-minute walk away. The walk to the beach is downhill and uphill on the way back, but it's manageable. The breakfast is varied and served in a spacious room surrounded by windows. Overall, highly recommended."

"Hard to describe this place without sounding like I am exaggerating. Firstly, Biagio is what I would describe as the perfect host. Everything we needed was available, we felt super at home and it was a pleasure to meet him (even though we used Google translate to communicate). He gave us tonnes of really good recommendations and he knew everything about the local area and where to find things. The views are breathtaking and made us feel completely relaxed and serene. We absolutely loved how there were no tourists or foreigners (other than us) in Corsano and surrounding villages. We had a true, authentic Italian experience. The property also has absolutely everything you need. All the small details really made this trip perfect for us as a couple, but we would love to come back when we have our own kids."

"It hurts to give middling ratings. The staff and mgmt were friendly and helpful (eg, they gave me a room close to the reception check-in, they provided transport to the train station when no other option was available). The problem is while the crew might be good they need to run a tighter ship, The property is showing its age, it’s up the hill from the town and is oriented to large groups. As a solo, shoulder season guest, we, the few, are lost in the cracks of pre-season prep. "
