The Nimpkish hotel is charming and delightful. There is not a more beautiful spot. I stayed here for several nights as a woman traveling alone and could not have enjoyed it more. The owners and staff are delightful. I can't wait to return.

Amazing experience. Felt at home. Very accomodating got an upgrade to room with balcony and oceanview upper level. Very quite and clean. Complimentary breakfast. The hostess was amazing, made special food for me due to dietary restrictions, very delicious. Very caring and kind.

Best place to stay in Alert Bay! The staff were wonderful. They accommodated our early check in without question. The rooms are clean, and charming. The food was delicious, the outdoor patio has incredible views. We loved our stay at Nimpkish hotel and will definitely be back on our next visit.

The hotel has clean, spacious rooms with spectacular views of Alert Bay, The service was first-rate and the owners really made us feel like family. We especially liked the curry and momos Pemba served in the restaurant, which was an unexpected treat! One of the best hotel experiences we've ever had.

Loved this place! Heritage property. Owners on site. During a power outage the hotel was the only business on the island to have a generator. No lights upstairs but candles were provided. Generator ran the kitchen and the restaurant was buzzing. The owners made the adventure fun!!! Iā€™d stay again and hope for a power outage!
