"This place is a gem. Highly recommended. We truly enjoyed our stay here. We had a large room, very clean, heated. Management was friendly and amenable to our needs. The property is well maintained, newly renovated. We come from a city so we were thrilled to have goats, chickens and peacocks nearby. The place is a short walk from the Medieval Village. "Interesting place to stay! Boat was clean and large enough for 2 couples. The surrounding area was built for Expo ‘98. There are some run-down buildings when walking one-way and then the aquarium and a gondola the other way."

"We had a spacious and luxurious suite with a kitchen, living room, 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Very comfortable, beautiful views. The Terrace restaurant had a sumptuous breakfast and delicious lunches. Staff were very friendly and nice. My younger sun loved the Kids club."

"The receptionist was very pleasant and efficient. I had a very early departure from the hotel (3:30 AM). She proactively offered to help me with transportion arrangements, a wake up call (from a real live human being -- they still have those in Portugal!) and a packaged breakfast to go. "
